That Apple Watch is locked with an Apple ID that starts with an "A" and ends in "@gmail.com" as shown on your screen shot. You need the password for that Apple ID to unlock it. You cannot use a different Apple ID to unlock it.
If this was a second hand purchase, then you need to contact whoever owned the watch before you to have them remove their Apple ID from it and turn off Activation Lock.
Activation Lock is an antitheft feature and cannot be bypassed. You need to email and password it is expecting to unlock it.
