I want to update my iPhone to a new version different from 12.01 . At least version 13 upward

As I explained above, you cannot upgrade your phone beyond iOS 12 because it is too old and cannot run newer software.

The iPhone 6 cannot be updated beyond iOS 12.x.x.x. It lacks the components to run newer software. Technology marches on!
