Text blur while scrolling

I have iPhone 12 and I don’t know what’s wrong with this device.

Text gets blur while I scroll down or up and due to that eyes literally hurts badly and it’s really difficult to focus on screen more than a minute.

I have other iPhone which works flawless but really disappointed with this one.
