Cannot access Amazon on new iPhone 13

I cannot access Amazon either through the app or thru Safari on my iPhone 13. I have tried deleting app and downloading again. Also have turned phone off and back on several times. All other apps work and I can get any other website on Safari. Amazon is the one issue I am having with new phone.
