All of a sudden my IPad that is a few years old stopped charging. Tried to usual fixes. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Troubleshooting generally requires substitution of the Power Adapter and cable for another known-good item.

Thanks for replying. I have tried "known" good charging cables, including one that lights up when charging a device. I followed the instructions about pushing the two buttons (home and start) at the same time to produce the Apple symbol. Nothing happened.
What “usual” fixes, exactly?
Have you tried othef known good charging/power cables and other known good Apple power/charging adapter blocks?
