Can I replace my iPhone 12 screen myself?

I am pretty handy and love to fix my own stuff. I don't want to buy an iPhone 13 unless I can replace my screen and battery myself. Will Apple make replacement parts, tools and guides available for DIY repair for iPhone 13, or will I be required to go to an "authorized" repair center? I'm thinking of getting the new phone in January.
