My App Store and iTunes has been disabled

When I try to use my App Store or iTunes it says it has been disabled and I don’t know how to fix this

iPhone 11, iOS 14

It can't be enabled from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
