How do I load videos that have error sign?

I was at a concert and I suppose my phone was overheated so it had trouble loading some videos. It’s important to me to have the videos that were lost, they just show up as black squares right now and have a pop up that says something about an error when trying to get higher quality of the video. What can I do about this to get the videos? Can I do anything?

Hi,

this doesn’t happen for any other photos or videos. I’m using an IPhone X and have iOS 15. iCloud photos is enabled and optimize iPhone storage is selected. As mentioned earlier I think the issue was my phone was over heated when the videos and pictures were taken. Here’s a photo of what shows up when I press on more information or edit.

I was at a concert and my phone restarted while I was there because it was hot, then later on the camera app it had a yellow caution triangle that said “cannot use flash until phone cools down” or “cannot use flash because phone is overheated” or something along those lines. So when I checked some of the videos, they were completely black and couldn’t play which I’m assuming is because my phone was over heated.

i just logged into my laptop and this is what shows when I click on the videos.

Hey there and welcome to Apple Support Communities, Angelina_nov_1.

We see that you're having some trouble with some videos you took. To get started, we have some questions to better understand what's going on.

Does this happen with any other photos or videos?

Which iPhone and iOS version are you using?

If you go to Settings > Photos, is iCloud Photos enabled? If it is, do you have Optimize iPhone Storage or Download and Keep Originals selected?

We look forward to hearing from you.
