Hi,

Could you please specify in what way, shape, or form your money was stolen with Apple Pay? Without any relevant information we are unable to provide the best resolution to your issue. Please reply with this information.

Below I have listed some examples of the different platforms within Wallet that your issue may pertain to, and the path to resolution:

  1. A P2P (Person to Person) payment sent via iMessage using your Apple Cash account - attempt to contact the recepient and request the funds back. If unable to get the funds back, and requesting a dispute, contact Apple Support to see what options may be available for you.
  2. Unrecognized charges tied to your Apple Card account with Wallet - review your Spending History within Wallet to confirm you do not recognize the charges, and the charges do not read as Apple Services or apple.com/bill. If they do, they are associated to your Apple ID account for Media and Purchases. Refund requests for these charges can be submitted on reportaproblem.apple.com by signing in with your Apple ID or by contacting Apple Support.
  3. Checked out with Apple Pay for a third-party merchant using a connected card within Wallet for the purchase. For issues with these transactions, contact either the merchant or the financial institution tied to that card. Apple cannot assist with charges for connected cards within Wallet, unless the charges derive from Apple.

Hope that helps!
