How do I transfer money from Apple Pay to my bank account

I don't know of any way for money to be in Apple Wallet without being in a card and the only card that I know of that allows cash transfers to a bank account in the Apple Cash card -- it displays with an Apple logo in the top left corner of the card followed by the word Cash.

The money is a refund from a purchase. But I can't move it to the Cash card.

Refund from a purchase to what card?

If you used Apple Pay to make a purchase using a credit card or debit card, the refund should go back to that same card.
