Has iTunes/iCloud had a data breach?

I recently (within the past 90days created a new iTunes/iCloud account for a new iPhone. That Username is new and Password is new, complex and is the ONLY device or site that either or both the Username and Password are used for.

I just happened to be looking at Passwords and it says that it was part of a data breach, so unless Apple has been breached there is just no way on earth that password could be put in the wild…

There needs to be a real explanation for this!
