It appears that you're not receiving SMS/MMS in the Messages app, and we're glad to provide assistance.
If you can't send or receive messages on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support -- This article provides the information and steps to use to make sure you can receive text messages. When you get to step 4, make both "Send as SMS" and "MMS Messaging" are both turned on.
