Why is my phones battery draining so fast when i just bought it in january.. is this product faulty

The maximum capacity value will fall over time, and is completely dependent on how the iPhone is used. Your iPhone designed to retain up to 80% of the original battery capacity before it may need to be replaced, equal to roughly 500 charge cycles, and the maximum capacity on your iPhone is determined by charge cycles. This means the more you charge your iPhone, the more charge cycles you'll use, the faster your maximum capacity will reduce. This article explains: iPhone Battery and Performance


Meanwhile, we do recommend trying the previously suggested steps for issues with the battery charge dropping, If the battery charge is still dropping after making the adjustments and using the phoine normally for 24 hours, we would recommend reaching out to Apple directly by checking out this link to Get Support and they will be more than happy to proceed with additional steps.
