Update?

Every time i want to update my phone it says that i’m not connected to internet and i don’t have wifi but i do so it’s been a month maybe and i can’t download my IOS 14.7 . It’s in french but it says «  Impossible to verify the Update. The verification of IOS 14.7 failed because you’re no longer connected to internet »
