Why when I put the device on the charger the thumbnail of the videos moves in the photo album .!?

Why when I put the device on the charger the thumbnail of the videos moves in the photo album.?!? It moves for how many seconds and all I adjust and return the video to its normal position and put it on the charger it moves and changes the thumbnail of the videos. I don’t know where exactly the defect is. There are two pictures that show this before I put the device on the charger and after I put the device on the charger and the thumbnails of the videos change after charging the device We would like to solve this problem
