This is a pixelation error. As you might suspect, no one here would know the official reason for this occurrence, being these are just forums. The pixels on your screen are failing. So, how old is this device? If it is covered under warranty, then contact Apple Support, seeing if you can get this screen replaced. Note that you have a one-year, out-of-the-box, limited-warranty with this, if purchased from Apple.
Contact Apple Support:
Note: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. And that makes sense because with the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
B. Contacting an AASP:
Also, take this to an AASP (Apple Authorized Service provider), asking for assistance.
Or...
C. A Retailer:
Contact your local retailer, seeing if they replace these slots.

Thank you for the update.
Perhaps this is a Faulty Device?:
Note that you have a one-year, out-of-the-box, limited-warranty with this. So, if it is covered under warranty, then see if you can get the screen replaced. Being faulty, it likely would be nothing on you. Ask Apple Support for a new screen.

Take it to the Apple retail store for review/repair.
can use it like that without repairing it? is there any issue?
Defective display should be covered by the warranty.
Just bought 2 months ago. is there any way to fix by own self ?
I would advise you to the Apple retail store for a warranty repair unless you’re willing to risk voiding your warranty.
