My iPad says, "iPad is disabled. Connect to iTunes" I dont know how I can connect to iTunes when it isn't responding. How do I get my iPad working?

Click here and follow the instructions. Restoring the iPad requires plugging it into a computer with iTunes installed, or a Mac running Catalina or newer.
