iPhone 11 is frozen

My iPhone 11 has been frozen for over 5 hours now, touch screen works but none my apps will open. I try to turn off the phone but it won’t even when I hold the power button. Even when I press and quickly release volume and then hold power button it doesn’t turn off. I’m just stuck with a useless phone help!

Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

  • Press and quickly release Volume UP button
  • Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
  • Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).
