How do I find my way back to the number buttons after I have signed in using the BankID app that is being used in Sweden in order to identify that you are you and not anyone else?

How do I find my way back to the number buttons where I choose different alternatives in an on going conversation with a company after I have signed in using the BankID app that is being used in Sweden in order to identify that you are you and not anyone else? I end up with the number display where you dial a number and can't figure out how to get to the black number display where I can choose differnt options by pressing different digits.
