Can someone let me know if I am wasting my time, rebooting, accessing safe mode, rebooting the NVRAM, SMS etc, in fact every on line forum does not solve the problem. In safe mode the MacBook Pro can not find the camera.Is this the problem? Thank you

If it doesn't help, try to check your built-in camera with Apple Diagnostics if it reports hardware related error(NDC001, NDC003 to NDC006).
