I am using iphone 11 and i am not able to activate esim i have done all the process but at ghe time of activation i am not able to do it

Read this support article carefully:--> Using Dual SIM with an eSIM - Apple Support

If you get no help, contact your eSim provider.

If the issue still persists, contact Apple Support directly:--> Get Support
