Provisioning Profile

I just finished enrolling as a developer when I decided to try to create a provisioning profile for my ipod touch. I looked at several tutorials but they all tell me to go to the Provisioning Portal, does anybody know where that is? If so, could you please post a link to it here. Thanks.

Sign in to the iPhone Dev Center. The Provisioning Portal is on the right side of the page.

Thanks, I tried that but there's nothing on the right side besides this:

Once you've completed your purchase, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email from the Apple Online Store and an Activation email within 24 hours from Apple Developer Support. The email from Apple Developer Support will contain information on how to access the resources of your Program.

You have to wait until you get the activation email from Apple to access the Provisioning Portal. It can take up to 24 hours to get that email. Be patient. You'll eventually be able to get to the Provisioning Portal.
