iCloud

Why is it that I seem to have a lot of space on my iCloud but when I try to transfer a video to my phone it won’t work and my phone says it’s no space on it, it feels like I have iCloud but that it’s not working at all..

Because iCloud space is separate from that on the units. Delete or offload content from it.
