Back Up iPhone

I can't backup my iPhone because my iCloud is disabled. I currently purchase additional space; how can we fix this?

Hi,

Firstly, make sure you've checked the following on your iPhone:

Go to Settings > Apple ID (top of Settings app) > iCloud and therein:

  • Do you have enough Storage available to backup your iPhone?
  • Is iCloud Backup On or Off?
  • Did you reboot your iPhone (I ask this, as there maybe issues with your iPhone registering that there's an new plan available and so, the iCloud Backup option may think you don't have enough space at present)?

If you've done all those and still cannot enable iCloud Backup, try contacting Apple Support.

Cheers,

Anthony
