T-Mobile claims my phone is flagged block due to fraud
I tried to unlock my iPhone 7 Plus to give it to my sister. I call T-Mobile today and 3 weeks ago again they said my phone is flagged blocked due to fraud. I paid in full for the phone been a loyal customer never submitted claims. Now T-Mobile is giving me the run around. What can I do? How does this even happen?
