Preparing to ship to Shipped

I ordered an Apple Watch 7. And on Tuesday it was switched from processing to Preparing to be shipped. And it it still in that stage. How long is it currently taking to shop the Apple Watch 7, if anyone has ordered it recently. It even took 2 weeks to get to preparing to ship stage.

My CC was charged on Nov 16th.
