Can i trade in my ipad air?

I want to trade in my ipad air for either a newer one or a store credit. It charges but it won’t stay charged even when connected to the cable. I think it’s the battery.

You may not get much or nothing, at all, toward trade-in value for that iPad if it has a failing or failed battery.
