Blocking Spam Iphone SE 2020
If I block a number on my recent calls list then delete the number from my recent calls list (to clean it up) is it still in the blocked calls list?

You can view the blocked numbers: Settings > Phone > Blocked Contacts
On my iPhone 13, with iOS 15, blocking a caller and then deleting the call from the Phone app does not remove the blocked number from the Blocked Contacts list.
