What does the symbol of …dot within square..:beside one of my notes mean?

Could you please confirm if this is only happening with one specific note?
Does this note contain any images?
Do you still see this dot if you copy the contents of the note and paste it in to a new note?
Testing this will help determine what may be causing this.
