i didn’t receive my in-app purchase

On the bill you have/will receive click Report a problem.

I tried to purchase online items and paypal app was declining my purchase then it accepted 2 when it did not show that it did and I did not receive my chosen items so I'm out $30.00 please refund me. I have contacted paypal as well.
