Buzzing sound in mic

Hi, I have a problem that the microphone makes static noise whenever I use a calling app or record using voice memo. I use an external headphone with microphone and a converter. The sound is fine so when I listen to music it's ok, only when recording with the microphone there'sannoyingsound. Also the Camera seems to use the Internal mic when recording a video, so it doesn't use the external microphone that is plugged.
