Some things you can try. Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.


Try a restart.


Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch    *


Try a forced restart.


Reset Device. -


If necessary


Hard reset.     -


Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.


Restore to Factory setting.      *


Restore - If you see an error when you update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod.   *


Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.     *

Hi manishchib,


It appears you may have Airplane mode on. Here's how to turn that off if needed:


Use Airplane Mode on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, and Apple Watch


If that doesn't fix it, you may still want to try a different network like cellular data and reset your Apple ID password if you haven't done so. Also, if you have any VPN apps or profiles installed you may want to temporarily delete those to see if the issue persists.

I did as you told, after that I am signing in again sending the picture that he is not signing in I am also sending his second pictureThe only thing left is to do a factory reset, after doing a factory reset, this problem will be solved.???
