Apple Watch Series 6 Won’t Turn On

I bought an Apple Watch in September 2020 and in classic fashion, I began experiencing issues about 13 months later right after the warrant expired.

When I place the watch on its charger, it periodically flashes with an Apple logo every 5-6 seconds but won’t turn on. I have tried performing a traditional boot and a hard reset and encounter the same issue. The Apple logo flashes on the screen for a moment but the watch won’t turn on.

Anyone know what might be the cause and any potential alternate fixes?
