Update your third party software too be compatible with the macOS.


The current Office for Mac; Office 365 or Office 2019 (One-time purchase) are OK with Catalina/Big Sur/ Monterey(?)

Why are they disabled? Have you lost activation? Did you by chance upgrade your OS? There are several ways this can happen, and Sonicray has the appropriate answer.


Can you open the files on a machine with a known working Excel? If so, at least you know your data is ok and all you need to do is "fix" excel.
