E-sim installation iPhone 13
How can I scan e-sim QR code and installation to iPhone. Cellular plan not in my settings menu.

Call your carrier and ask them to give you instructions on how to install an eSIM and work with your cellular plan. Most likely, your carrier will send the QR code via an email to you that you can print and scan as you add the eSIM plan to your iPhone.
