If you made any in-app purchases in that game, you can't redownload in-app purchases, but you can attempt to restore some of those purchases. Use these steps to restore those purchases after you have reinstalled the game, in the article here: If you don't see your in-app purchases

I had the same thing happen except it wasn’t a game and it doesn't show it in the App Store or App Library, but it does in settings.
