Hello, we requested a refund for a subscription that happened by accident. We waited for the request to be processed on the site, it says that the money was returned, but this is not. The money has not been credited to the account, I can attach a screenshot

When will I get the money back? -

• All other payment methods – It might take up to 30 days for the statement to show the refund. If you don't see the refund after 30 days, contact your financial institution.
