In many log in screens I completely lose the ability to use/switch to Gboard for text or password entry. The Gboard option disappears from the keyboard menu, and comes back after I pass the log in screen. I use Google for many of my passwords so it leaves me unable to log in. Issue has persisted from my iPhone 11 Pro Max to my 13 Pro Max.

I think for security reasons Apple does not allow 3rd party keyboard apps to do certain things. You need to use Apple's own fully secure keyboards instead.

Either it wasn't the case previously or they've gotten a lot more aggressive with it.
