iPhone Storage doesn’t calculate

I saw a discussion post from iOS 13 about this issue and I had it on my iPhone 11 in iOS 14 and still even after updating to iOS 15.

The iPhone storage never stops calculating. This is the only bug I’ve ever expletives with iOS but it sure is annoying. I’ve restarted and updated to a newer version. If redownloading it would fix it, then cool but idk how that different then updating it. Also I saw on past discussion posts that redownloading also did nothing.

Apple pls fix this!
