I have an online subscription to my local news paper and I can’t access the paper. I called the paper and they say the problem is with apple

and how you are trying to do that ...

and how your supplier makes it available.

Apple support have articles online that may help.

Wondering if you can connect to the Internet OK ?

Wondering if you have the correct Internet address (URL) to access the local paper,

and

if you have set-up an account on the website, where you can sign in to access the newspaper.

and

if the Safari app. is accessing other websites for you ok.

or

Were they e-mailing copies of the newspaper to you ?
