Pinned contacts

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. To verify, is this happening with all pinned conversations or just certain ones? Does restarting your iPhone have any impact on this? Test to verify if you haven’t already:

Restart your iPhone

Do the affected contacts seem to sync with a certain account, like iCloud, Gmail, or other account?

Delete one of the affected contacts, restart your iPhone, and then add them back. See if the issue continues with them.
