Hi,

Disconnect & Forget the device within Settings > Bluetooth.

Before removing from Find My app on your iPhone - are you able to play a sound on the Left one? Try and see.

Afterwards, remove the device from Find My and place the AirPods back in their case.

Open the case with the AirPods inside and press and hold the button on the case until you see the light indicator flash amber, followed by blinking white. Once blinking white, you can release the button.

Close the lid on the case, wait 10 seconds, open the lid, and then start the pairing process again.

If it still doesn’t work, contact Apple Support.
