VeVe app not allowing me to make purchases

Hello, I am unable to make purchases on my app VeVe. When I tried to load more money I received a message saying to contact Apple. Please help.

iPhone 12, iOS 14

I’m running into the same issue. Very frustrating as the item I was hoping to buy has gone up in price from $18,000 to $26,500. I’m praying I can get 26k into my account before it’s too late.

Apple please help! Same issue. Really frustrating. I have called numerous times and no fix. All I keep hearing is to wait 24 hours. We need help getting this resolved.
