As far as your home internet, AT&T couldn’t care less how many devices you use with it. If you want to add the iPad Pro to your cellular plan for cellular data, I would call them. When you bundle everything with them like you’re doing, they can often add devices and/or services for quite a bit less than any of the advertised plans on their web site.

You may already understand this, but if you only need to use your iPad at home when you are in range of your AT&T wi-fi (and I'm assuming that you do have wi-fi with your AT&T package), you can do that without needing to add your iPad to your AT&T package..
