My Apple Watch face is scratched. Does apple care cover it?
My Apple Watch lens is scratched. Does Apple Care cover it or is there a way for me to fix it?

No and No. User caused cosmetic damage is not covered by Apple Care and a scratch in glass once there can't be repaired.
Buy yourself a screen protector, which will likely hide the scratch and prevent new scratches. There are loads of options at Best Buy or Amazon you can buy.
