Mint Mobile AppleCare+ Issue

Recently bought and activated my new iPhone 13 Mini from Mint Mobile. The package I purchased came with AppleCare+ but after doing some digging, I can see in my settings that it has not been activated. Under the "AppleCare+ Coverage Available" button, it saws that I have 59 days to add AppleCare+ even though I've already purchased it. Is there something I am missing? And if so, what should be my next steps?
