My messages did not transfer to new phone. How can I do that?

You restore the new phone from a backup of your old phone, or if you were using iCloud messages, you log into the same Apple ID and then turn on Messages in iCloud settings.

Your issue is different, but if you are seeing two different accounts, go to Settings>Messages>iMessage and see what Apple ID you are logged into there under Send & Receive. Then go to Settings><your Apple ID>is the Apple ID appearing there the same as what you are logged into iMessage with?

Hi, I’ve done all of the above but it still saying that Messages In iCloud is not available because iCloud and iMessage are two different accounts, please help!
