Charging after Emergency Override

The other night when I was settling in for bed, I tried to plug my phone in and it showed the liquid detected warning, so I tried again and hit emergency override because I needed it charged. It did that, and now, over 24 hours later, I can't get my phone to charge again. Is there anything I can do to fix that?
