Hi Archangel291,

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you're having an issue with Fitness+ on your Apple Watch. We're happy to provide some information to assist.

We recommend ensuring your Apple Fitness+ subscription is active. The steps in the article here can help you get started: How to get Apple Fitness+

If you have any issue signing up, be sure the feature is available in your country or region using the article here: Availability of Apple Media Services

Based on the error you're seeing, make sure you have a strong Wi-Fi or cellular connection. Connect to Wi-Fi on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

For cellular navigate to Settings > Cellular > Fitness+ and ensure this is turned on. Use cellular data on your iPhone or iPad

You can also test downloading the workout: Download an Apple Fitness+ workout on iPhone or iPad

Should you continue to have any issues, reach out to Apple Support directly.
