Repair

my screen is black on the outside and green and black lines running through it and it always glitches off apps and goes crazy. The screen is also cracked. Should o get a new phone or repair this one. (iPhone 11) had it for 2 years

Is this iPhone 5s repairable I’ve had this iPhone 5s since before I had an iPhone 7 Plus.
